Christos “Stos” Tsantilis is a multi-platinum mixing and mastering engineer based in Brooklyn, NY. With 35+ years of studio experience, Stos specializes in mixing, mastering, Dolby Atmos room tuning, and studio design trusted by Sony, Universal, NBC, and top artists worldwide.
His work has contributed to over 20 million records sold and more than 20 RIAA-certified platinum and gold plaques. Projects span hip-hop, soul, jazz and film, with collaborators including Patti LaBelle, Mýa, Just Blaze and Ka. His background combines recording, mixing, mastering, Sony quality control and acoustic design. He has worked in The Hit Factory, Electric Lady Studios, Chung King and The Cutting Room. Stos designs and tunes stereo and Dolby Atmos studios, including facilities for Q-Tip and Blair Wells. He has taught at City College and York College and shares practical experience through industry seminars.
